Cody Cannon

Cody Cannon is a principal partner in The Cannon Group LLC. His philosophy is that the most effective market knowledge and expertise can only be generated through specialization. His area of expertise is in the niche commercial property type of mobile home and RV parks, nationwide.

Before co-founding The Cannon Group, Cody was a sales agent with Marcus & Millichap, the largest commercial real estate investment firm in the U.S. Later he joined with NAI Commercial Real Estate, an international firm with a network of offices in over 55 countries. During these years Cody was able to develop long-term relationships with investors of mobile home parks, RV Parks, and manufactured housing communities. His track record spans from individual investors to syndicators, developers, merchant builders, and general partnerships.

Cody was born and raised in Orange County, California before moving to Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Business minor. He has worked and lived throughout California, Utah, and for two years in Puerto Rico as a missionary for his church.
